ORDERS:
If you wish to order by telephone, please begin with your name and address, then the list number and a brief description of the coins, using country, Y or KM numbers, and the quantity desired. Leave a telephone or fax number, or e-mail address if you want confirmation or have questions. Our telephone number is (530) 345-7969. The answering machine usually picks up after the 4th ring. For those with access to a facsimile machine, our 24-hour dedicated fax is (530) 342-1553. Our e-mail address is clode@jps.net Many coins are one-of-a-kind, and alternate choices are appreciated. Some new issues are only available as singles or in limited supply. The most desirable coins on our lists tend to be sold within 48 hours of the list reaching its destination. If you really want a coin, call, fax, or e-mail the order to us. Orders are filled in the order in which they are received. Telephone orders not accompanied by a credit card number will be held for 5 days for U.S. addresses or 10 days for overseas orders. If payment is not received, the coins may be used to fill another order.
POSTAGE & INSURANCE:
We pay postage and handling on coin orders of $75.00 or more sent to U.S. addresses. Insurance is additional, and you can choose to have the coins sent at your own risk and no insurance cost. Current insurance costs are $1.65 for values up to $50.00; $2.05 for $50.00 to $99.99; and $2.45 for $100 to $200. Higher rates are available up to $500, after which registered mail is much cheaper. For orders in the U. S. of less than 10 coins or $25.00, please add $1.75, for orders of $25-$75.00, please add $2.25. If you are ordering large numbers (over 11 ounces) of inexpensive coins, the postage will be a minimum of $4.60. Overseas orders of less than $25.00 can be sent at your own risk by regular mail. Please estimate the actual postage. Registered Mail is a minimum of $9.50, plus $0.80 per half ounce. Please include any special instructions for customs.
PAYMENT:
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment may be made by cash, personal check, money order, bank draft, or bank check in U.S. dollars. We also accept PayPal, or Visa and Master Card charge and debit cards. Please include your full name, card number, and expiration date. Payment must accompany all orders unless you have an established account or credit balance with us. Personal checks from new accounts must clear before the coins are shipped. If we cannot fill your entire order, then the refund will be sent by check in the U.S. or cash overseas. California residents, please add sales tax at 7.25 percent.
RETURNS:
You must be satisfied with the coins you receive. If you are not happy, for any reason, you can send them back, in the original holder, within 10 days after mailing in the U.S. for a refund, including postage. We allow 21 days for overseas addresses. While we would like to know why you are not satisfied, no explanation is required for a refund.
